Refund Policy

If a course isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We'd rather you spend your money on something that helps you.

How to request a refund

• Open a ticket in the app: Support → New ticket, subject "Refund".
• Include the course name and the email used at checkout.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

What happens after a refund

Access to the refunded course is revoked when the refund is processed. Your account and any other purchases are unaffected.

Free previews first

Every course starts with a free lesson — we encourage you to watch it before buying. Coaching engagements may have separately communicated cancellation terms.
