Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a course on Forest AI Academy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information (name, email) when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Courses & purchases

Courses are digital products sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access, payable via Stripe. Access to free preview lessons does not require payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time; changes do not affect purchases already made.

4. License & restrictions

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content. You may not share your account, redistribute, record, resell, or publicly display paid content.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, entitlements, or access controls.
  • Do not use the support system for spam or abusive content.
  • Do not scrape or bulk-download the Service.

6. Coaching

Coaching services are scheduled separately and may be subject to additional terms communicated at booking.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — videos, transcripts, text, and graphics — is owned by Forest AI Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, or employment results from applying course material.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forest AI Academy's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
